ONE DAY MORE!

Here it is! The last belly shot!

39 Weeks Pregnant, ONE DAY TO GO!

Tomorrow, we check into the hospital and will welcome our precious baby boy!

This just feels surreal.  We have been praying and waiting for this day for so long, it is unbelievable that it is actually here! I cannot wait to meet my little man and hold him in my arms!

This has been quite an adventure, and I am READY to be a mommy and
SO ready to not be pregnant anymore!

Carseat is in, bags are packed, clothes are washed, all we need is our baby boy!

I have to thank my angel of a husband for really stepping up and catering to my every pregnancy need, or just want, and really doing everything he can to make this easier on me.
I cannot believe how blessed I am to have this man to embark on this incredible journey with.

Next up, BABY BOY STRANG!!

38 Weeks! OMG!

Where has the time gone. I feel like I just got married!

And now, we are about to welcome our baby boy in a week's time! Unreal.

In the same breath, I feel like I've been pregnant for a hundred years. 10 months is too long.

I am done being pregnant! Baby #2 may be further apart than I planned on! :)

On Sunday, I had my last prenatal yoga class... :(
I felt so loved and connected to these girls I've only recently met that it was so hard to leave knowing I won't see every Sunday anymore...until mommy and me yoga once everyone's babies arrive also!
My instructor even persuaded me to possibly attend once more, this Sunday, if I am feeling up to it! :)
I probably will go...:) 2 days before baby...why not!?!!?

In other news, my wonderful husband and I got the nursery almost completely ready this weekend. The only thing we are still waiting on is our custom glider. As of today, it will either arrive tomorrow or next Tuesday. Tomorrow would be ideal, so say a prayer :) I will not be at home next Tuesday! :)

Here are some picture of the magical nursery we have set up for our lil man!

I literally cried when Mike hung these, because I re-read what they say.
They are just too perfect!
And from my FAVORITE children's books of all time.

If you cannot read them, they say...

"Anything Can Happen, Child, Anything Can Be." Shel Silverstein
"And She Loved The Boy...Even More Than She Loved Herself." The Giving Tree
"...And The Tree Was Happy." The Giving Tree

My very own handyman!

Changing Table/Dresser

"Oh! The Places You'll Go!"
"You are my sunshine, my only sunshine!"

Bookshelf that Daddy built our lil man!

Filled with books, toys and goodies from so many people who already love him so much!

And the countdown is ON!

7 DAYS!!

36 Weeks

Okay, okay! I'm sorry it's been a while. You know who you are, those who have been texting me to update this, haha! I can't disappoint my 2 readers now can I! :)

So because I have been feeling really bad about my body, we cancelled our professional maternity photo shoot and decided to break in our new fancy camera instead. Here are a few...

HOORAY! THE TURKEY BUTTON HASN'T POPPED! (My belly button)...
Behind me is one of the prints we have framed to hang over the dresser,
it is from my favorite childhood book, "the giving tree."
If you can't see it, it says, "And she loved the boy. Even more than she loved herself."

Here is Baby Boy's blanket. We had custom bedding made for him since I didn't like any of the cheesy boy themed things that we found in the stores...so you can see it is grey, white and black argyle with a fuzzy grey soft side. We received the rest of his bedding but we don't have our crib yet!

Which is why I haven't posted nursery pics yet, but here are a few of my favorite spots in the nursery so far! I don't dare show you his closet because you will condemn me for buying so many clothes for someone who will wear them once and then outgrow them! Or outpoop them. :)

So here is a shelf that has some great books, as well as his athletic equipment. He will be both smart and athletic, of course. Full ride to Harvard on academic scholarship, thank you!
Being smart is safer than playing football... oy, he's got the neurotic Jewish mother already!

Speaking of smart, he already has his own reading chair. Freddy the Frog and Broccoli Rob
are keeping his seat warm for him until he gets here.
(Both of them were hand selected and named by Daddy!)

Another print from another favorite book, "Oh! The Places You'll Go!" To be hung above the glider....

And lastly, here are Mike and I in Dana Point on Sunday just after my beautiful baby shower!
It was so elegant, and the food was simply phenominal! I feel so incredibly blessed to have so many
"moms" that have watched me grow up and now will get to see me as the mommy... and that this baby already has at least 30 "great aunties" who already love him so much!

Feeling really blessed in 2013 and it's only been 2 days!

Come on baby boy, we're ready for you!

Anyone wanna start a pool as to when he will make his big entrance?
